  4. Reviewing Terms and ConditionsBefore signing, the rental agent reviews key terms and conditions with the customer, such as mileage limits, fuel policy, additional driver fees, late return policies, and special equipment rentals.
  5. Vehicle Pick-up and InspectionThe customer inspects the vehicle with a rental agent, noting any existing damage on the rental agreement form before driving off.
