  1. Understanding the InstructionsA user arrives at the self-service car wash and tries to understand the instructions displayed on the machine or a sign for the first time.
  2. Selecting a Wash ProgramThe user needs to choose between different wash programs (e.g., basic wash, premium wash with wax, rinse only) and pay for the selected service.
  3. Operating the Pressure WasherAfter selecting the program, the user activates the pressure washer and begins to spray their car, potentially encountering issues with pressure or technique.
  4. Using the Foam BrushThe user switches to the foam brush feature to lather the car with soap, focusing on cleaning stubborn dirt.
  5. Rinsing and Spotting IssuesThe user is in the process of rinsing off the soap, but notices that some areas are not getting clean, or the water pressure is insufficient.
  6. Asking for Help with EquipmentThe user encounters a problem with the equipment (e.g., coin slot jammed, water not coming out, brush not working) and needs to ask a staff member or another customer for assistance.
