  3. Financial Responsibilities & Bill SharingConversation centered on rent payment schedules, utility bill division, shared household expenses (e.g., internet, groceries, cleaning supplies), and security deposit discussions.
  4. Setting House Rules & Conflict ResolutionEstablishing boundaries and discussing potential house rules for common areas, responsibilities, and how to address disagreements or conflicts should they arise.
  5. Touring the Apartment & Shared SpacesThe potential roommate is given a tour of the apartment, including their potential room and all shared living spaces like the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
